Description:
A stunning mid 19th C painted marriage wardrobe -it splits in two if needed to get upstairs etc, of Southern German origin in the Tryrolean style. The left handside is shelved with a pretty little secret drawer with some secret dividers behind it. The right handside still has a rail but not deep enough for a moden coat hanger - would work for children's clothes. If needed you could put in extra shelves on the right or hooks or use it for storing bulky household items like ironing boards / hoovers etc... The condition is solid but commesurate with age, all woodworm holes have been treated as a matter of course, structurally it is very sound.
