Welcome to Pato Interiors by entering the website and using it you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of use. These terms apply as follows; "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website, the term "you" refers to the view or user of it.
By entering Pato Interiors (website) you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. The Pato Interiors website is managed and operated by us from our office in England and therefore the laws of England & Wales govern claims relating to it, including the use of the website and the materials contained within it. If you choose to access our website externally, from England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between yourself and Pato Interiors, the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of the website then you may not use it.
The Goods:
Pato Interiors supplies a mixture of antique and vintage products, therefore they may have the occasional bump, scratch, or dent having been used by previous owners. We will do our utmost to present these flaws (which we believe add desirable character to the piece) in a reasonable manner, through product description and imagery. Please also note while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products. Returns:
We will accept refunds within the legal UK framework as set out by the UK Government in regards to ‘distance selling’, you have 14 days to notify us of wanting a refund and you have a further 14 days to return the item, see more details here. In regards to purchasing in person we will not accept refunds unless we the seller are at fault as per the UK Government regulation. We do not offer free returns, you are required to cover the cost of returning the item and are responsible for it arriving back to us in the same condition as it was sold.
Payment:
Prices on the products sold on Pato Interiors website do not include VAT.
As indicated on the website, payment for Pato Interiors goods is through certain credit and debit cards and via PayPal. Payments through the website are processed securely using advanced and up-to-date security-protected software. Your payment information is encrypted to ensure that it is protected and processed securely. Your payment details are not held by Pato Interiors – they are held in an encrypted state by Shopify Payments, a highly regarded and well recognised global payment provider.
Pricing & Delivery
Delivery charges will be allocated according to the product size, weight and the distance required to travel. On the occasion that we are selling an item that cannot be sent by Royal Mail, in most cases larger items or furniture, you, the customer will be alerted in the Product Description to please get in touch with us to arrange a delivery option, price will depend on distance within the UK.
For large items delivered by courier we rely on couriers to use their skill and judgement in wrapping with blankets etc.. we do not believe in bubble wrapping antique items of furniture due to excessive plastic having a detrimental enviromental impact.
For small mirrors, paintings or decorative items to be sent via post these will be wrapped and packaged accordingly.
We are happy for items to be collected.

It is your responsibility to ensure any piece delivered has good access and is able to be delivered without risk to the piece or to your property. We take no responsibility for the item upon arrival at it's destination, any damage to the item or to the your property is out of our control and therefore is a dispute between the you and the courier company
